Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to medical/surgical care standards.

Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.

Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and discharge education.

Perform wound care, catheter care, drain management, and other nursing procedures.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.

Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/PACS).

Educate patients and families on conditions, recovery, and self-care plans.

Adhere to infection control, safety procedures, and quality standards.
